A disaster cleanout is the demolition phase after a flood, fire, or storm. For floods, we cut drywall at the water line (2ft, 4ft, or full wall), remove damaged flooring and insulation, and set up containment fencing and dehumidifiers. For fires, we gut the interior — removing all charred and smoke-damaged materials. This is not junk removal or moving — it's structural demolition work.
